Design And Construction 

• The machine has a horizontal design with a Hydraulic chuck with Up/ Down movement.
• The machine has a motor with reduction gear mechanism for mandrel rotation and vertical translation and hydraulic cylinders for bead breaking roll translation and mandrel opening/closing. 
• Comfortable working is made possible by the mobile control console, which can completely control the hydraulic drive of the lifting arm and the clamping device,  the clamping arm with step-less adjustable clamping force, and electrically driven clockwise and anticlockwise rotation at one rotation. 
• The mounting arm can be locked in two positions.
• Clockwise / Counter Clockwise unit is provided with two levers, this has to be replaced by Foot-operated Pedal type.
